Specifics of Installing a Report with a Client in an Online Store

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the specifics of installing a report with a client in an online store. The author claims that in the internet, the problem of establishing a report between the seller and the buyer in the online store becomes especially important. Usually, online shopping is mediated by the virtual environment conditions, which can complicate the act of purchase. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of the impact of cyber environment conditions on the establishment of a report with the client in the online store. Theoretical (deductive and inductive methods; analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization) and empirical (observation; content analysis) methods were used for the research. As a result, it was concluded that the ability to establish a report in cyberspace is especially important because it solves the problem of trust and helps to make a successful sale. Many common physiologically oriented calibration techniques are not available in a virtual environment, online store managers can use customization ("continuous distracted" state) and behavior patterns ("browsing", "web surfing", and bubble filter) to calibrate the report.
