Media Communication in Digital Age Conditions

Keywords: media psychology, media communication, Digital Age, Manipulation 2.0.

Abstract

The article reveals the problem of the new status of media communication in the modern information age, the so-called Digital Age (Sujon, Dyer, 2020). Media communication is a mirror of dynamic change in a globalized world. Stylistic forms are changing, genres are being modified, language means are being transformed. The main factors of such changes are, in particular, psychological: the man of the 21st century under the influence of informatization and media evolution changes its language. The study also addresses the problem of Manipulation 2.0 – the discovery of a new type of manipulation in the multimedia.
